Salisbury Families and Students Impacted
by the COVID-19 School Closures

We know how important reliable service is to you, now more than ever. To support the Salisbury community during the COVID-19 crisis, Hotwire Communications has committed to the FCC’s Keep Americans Connected Pledge by providing two (2) months free internet service to students and families who do not have internet and are impacted by the shutdown.

Beginning March 17, 2020, Hotwire will offer free internet service for two months to qualifying new customers, based on network availability.

• Available for households with K-12 or college students
• Limited to new, on-net accounts who do not already have a Fision Internet subscription
• Installation fees will be waived

Required Information (developed in conjunction with the FCC):

• K-12 students: Name of school, Teacher(s), and Grade Level
• College/University Students: Photocopy of Student ID

To find out if service is available in your area, student and low-income households may call one of Hotwire’s local sales specialist or customer service using the contact information below.

Hotwire is dedicated to the safety and well-being of our customers and employees and are continuously monitoring COVID-19 updates to ensure continuity of services. We are dedicated to playing our part to help bridge the digital divide during this crisis and alleviate some of the education and information gaps in your community.

We ask that any issues for new or existing customer first try to be resolved remotely through our customer service line. However, if a technician is needed in your home, Hotwire is taking all necessary precautions to ensure everyone’s safety.
